Bowl of creamy rice pudding

This creamy, comforting rice pudding is a nostalgic treat that reminds me of my dad. He LOVES rice pudding, and so do I! It's simple to make, especially because you can use your leftover rice. Enjoy it warm or cold. I like best without toppings, but if you're in the mood – top it with your favorite add-ins like cinnamon sugar, fruit, nuts, chocolate shavings, or toasted coconut.

let's get cooking!
