Bette Hagman's French Bread Mix

Bette Hagman's gluten-free French bread flour mix for breadsticks.

I use this flour blend for my breadsticks.

Make it for

½×1×2×3×

3 1/2 cups white rice flour

2 1/2 cups tapioca flour

2 tablespoons xanthan gum

2 (7 gram) packets of unflavored gelatin

2 tablespoons egg replacer

1/4 cup sugar

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
